Banana Bread Blunder

*sigh* I am such an amateur baker. While I was watching Private Practice, my mind focused on the show, I accidentally put 1 stick of butter into the banana bread recipe which I got on the internet. (I'll get back with you with the website.) The recipe asks for 2 tbsp of butter and I accidentally put 8 tbsp. That's 6 tablespoon more. Yikes! So, you guessed it right, when I checked on the bread after 50 minutes of waiting, the pan was bubbling in butter. Oh, I hope it turns out ok. The bread is still in the oven and it takes longer to cook because I tweaked the ingredients. Hmmmm.... the accuracy of baking... *sigh* I have to be careful when measuring ingredients.
